Sidersmaking Vilkår

By booking a cider tasting with Torheim Gard, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by you
We understand that plans change. We offer the follow terms for cancellations:

More than 48 hours before start time — full refund.
Less than 48 hours, or no-show — no refund.

3. Group bookings (15 or more guests)
Because group bookings require additional preparation, we ask for 7 days' notice for a full refund. Inside 7 days, we offer a 50% refund. Inside 2 days, no refund.

4. Rescheduling
You can reschedule to another available tasting at no charge at any time

5. Cancellation by Torheim Gard
On rare occasions we may need to cancel a tasting — for example, illness, severe weather, road closures, or too few bookings to run the session. If we cancel, you'll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

6. Minimum number of participants
Tastings require a minimum of 10 bookings to run. If fewer guests are booked, we'll contact you at least 24 hours before the scheduled start to either reschedule or refund in full.

7. Minimum age
Cider tastings are for guests aged 18 and over, in line with Norwegian law on serving alcohol. Younger guests are very welcome to join with an alcohol-free tasting add-on.

8. Intoxication
We reserve the right to refuse or stop serving any guest who is, or appears to be, intoxicated on arrival or during the tasting. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Allergies and dietary needs
All of our ciders contain sulfites, so if you have trouble with those we reccomend our alcohol free tasting. Otherwise, there are no other allergens to note in our tastings. If you have other dietary requirements you'd like us to be aware of, please let us know at least 48 hours before the tasting so we can adapt where needed. You can contact us at post@torheimgard.com.

10. Photography
We sometimes photograph our tastings for use on our website and social media. If you'd rather not be in pictures, just let your host know on the day and we'll keep you out of frame.

11. Transport and alcohol
You are responsible for arranging safe transport to and from the tasting. Norwegian limits on drinking and driving are strict, and we cannot adjust your tasting portions to fit a planned drive home. If you're driving, please book the alcohol-free add-on.

12. Force majeure
We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including road closures over Strynefjellet, extreme weather, or other events that prevent us or you from attending. In such cases, clause 5 applies.

13. Contact
To cancel, reschedule, or ask a question, email post@torheimgard.com or call +47 955 27 967. Changes are only valid once we have confirmed them in writing.
